Meet the Summer Infusion (Lavender Orange Peel) Malt now – A complex and layered malt. The lavender/orange character is very present, but it is soft and nuanced. If you start experimenting with other malt additions, please keep in mind that you run the risk of losing the fine and delicate flavours and aromas of this special malt.
Also available in 1 kg (sample) packaging.
To properly bring out the character of this type of malt, we recommend adding at least 30% to your mash. Thanks to its full enzymatic activity, the Summer Infusion can be used as a base malt.
If you use this malt in sufficient quantities, your recipe will gain a whole new depth. Exciting, unique and layered.
