The neutral aroma of this yeast allows grain and hop flavours to punch through.<br \/>\nPinnacle Heritage American Ale is a great versatile strain suitable for any recipe that requires a clean fermentation: Pale, Amber, Brown and Summer Ales; Bitter; crisp refreshing American IPA and Session IPA; Porter and<br \/>\nStout; as well as big brews such as Imperial Stout, Imperial IPA or Barley Wine.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fermentation temperature: 18-25\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Fermentation rate: Fast<\/li>\n<li>Alcohol tolerance: 9-11% ABV<\/li>\n<li>POF negative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Storage advice<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Product should be stored under cool and dry conditions at 4-10\u00b0C.
