Ils se pr\u00e9sentent sous la forme d&rsquo;un sirop brun fonc\u00e9 et diff\u00e8rent selon leur pouvoir colorant. Plus le pouvoir colorant est grand, plus le go\u00fbt est amer. Afin de garantir une stabilit\u00e9 dans les bi\u00e8res, nous fabriquons des \u201bcaramels positifs\u2019, qui poss\u00e8dent une charge iso\u00e9lectrique positive.
