This delicately spicy aroma hop has a classic German character. With a medium intensity and harmonious bitterness, it is ideally suited to high-quality pilsner beers. Aurum hop offers a high transfer of aromatic compounds during the brewing process.
Aurum hops have a higher oil content and are often chosen as the last hop addition in the brewing house. It also has powerful, spicy notes and a fresh citrus aroma.
