Belgosuc CF-81 Glucose syrup is also known as Belgogluc Confiserie. Belgogluc CF-81 has a high content of higher sugars, as much as 57%. As a result, it brings out more fullness and a soft sweetness.
The colour of the syrup may change depending on length of time stored and storage temperature. Belgosuc recommends that the syrup is used as soon as possible after delivery.

Storage advice
Keep dry in closed original packaging in a clean environment, preferably around 20 °C. Storage at 20°C can require additional heating before use. Please be sure to read all of the information and downloads carefully before use.
