Organic invert sugar syrup obtained through enzymatic hydrolysis of an aqueous solution of sucrose.
Ingredients
Organic sugar, water.
Origin
Sugar beet, sugar cane.
Properties
- 29% Fructose
- 31% Dextrose
- 40% Sucrose
- 74% – 75% Total solids
- Reducing sugars 50% – 70%
- pH between 4.5 – 6.5
Storage advice
Keep dry in closed original packaging in a clean environment at a minimum of 15 °C. Optimum storage temperature is 20°C.
At a lower storage temperature, the product will be more sensitive to crystallisation and this may reduce shelf life. At a higher storage temperature, colour formation may reduce shelf life. Please be sure to read all of the information and downloads carefully before use.
