Cascade hops are one of the most popular varieties in craft brewing. The hop is known for its floral, spicy and citrusy character with a balanced bitterness potential. Its unmistakable character is widely applicable in pale ales, blonde beers, wheat beers, IPAs and stouts to porters. Cascade hops can also be used in single-hop recipes.
