Coffee Mroost 450 MD is a medium toasted barley malt and is produced in the roasting drum. This Coffee Mroost 450 MD has a strong flavour of freshly roasted coffee beans with a hint of toasted nuts.
This roasted malt can be used for up to 5% of the grain bill.
