Holland Malt Wiener Malt made from two-row spring barley. This malt is extensively modified for good processability and is kilned at slightly higher temperatures.
Wiener malt provides nice body and smoothness, adds subtle colour to beer and has malty, nutty aromas. Ideal for beers with some colour, or as a base malt in darker beers.
