HopBurst® is produced from leaf hops or T90 pellets, by innovative extraction and distillation methods. It consists of hop oil components in a propylene glycol (PG) solution.
HopBurst® is an easy method to add intense hop aroma. It enhances pleasant existing flavours and can mask some off-flavours in the beer. In addition, it is free of α-acids and completely soluble.
