Idaho 7™ hops are primarily applicable as aroma and dry hops due to their powerful aroma and flavour, but also have high enough alpha acids to contribute good bitterness.
Excellent as a single hop or as part of a blend for IPA, pale ales and hopforward American wheat beers.
