Pinnacle Bottle Conditioner is a unique Saccharomyces cerevisiae selected for his ability to perform bottle and cask conditioning.
Use recommendations
- Use above 10% will require additional optimization.
- Recommended rehydration for 30 minutes in 30°C sterile water.

- Yeast type: Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
- Additives: Emulsifier (E491).
- Target use: Bottle/cask conditioning.
- Killer trait: Negative.
- Maltotriose use: Does not metabolize maltotriose.
- POF: Negative.
Micro properties
- Viability: > 6.0 × 10⁹ CFU per gram of dry yeast.
- Wild yeast: < 1 per 10⁶ yeast cells.
- Bacteria:< 1 per 10⁶ yeast cells.
Fermentation Parameters
- Fermentation temperature: 18 – 30 °C.
- Alcohol tolerance: Recommended for conditioning beers with ≤10% starting ABV.
- Flocculation: Moderate.
- Flavor impact: Neutral, non-phenolic, low DMS.
Usage Guidelines
- Pitching rate: 10-30 g/hl, additional yeast may be required for high ABV or acidic beers.
- Sugar addition: Simple sugar (i.e. dextrose, sucrose).
- Rehydration: Recommended rehydration for 30 minutes in 30°C sterile water.
- Carbonation time: 1 – 2 weeks at 18 – 30°C.
