Pinnacle Distillers Yeast (G) has a high cell count (>20 x 109 cells/g). This yeast rehydrates well in direct pitch applications. Also known for his high ethanol and temperature tolerance. Pinnacle Distillers Yeast (G) is specially designed for neutral alcohol applications and can be used in conjunction with glucoamylase and alpha amylase enzyme systems. The yeast is packaged in 500 g vacuum-sealed foil bags.
Storage advice
Store Pinnacle Distillers Yeast (G) in a cool, dry place. Use within two years from the date of production for best performance. Once opened, the yeast should be used within 3-4 days, provided it is stored in a cool place.
