Use recommendations
  • Use above 10% will require additional optimization.
  • Recommended rehydration for 30 minutes in 30°C sterile water.

Micro properties
  • Viability: > 6.0 × 10⁹  CFU per gram of dry yeast.
  • Wild yeast: < 1 per 10⁶ yeast cells.
  • Bacteria:< 1 per 10⁶ yeast cells.
Fermentation Parameters
  • Fermentation temperature: 18 – 30 °C.
  • Alcohol tolerance: Recommended for conditioning beers with ≤10% starting ABV.
  • Flocculation: Moderate.
  • Flavor impact: Neutral, non-phenolic, low DMS.
Usage Guidelines
  • Pitching rate: 10-30 g/hl, additional yeast may be required for high ABV or acidic beers.
  • Sugar addition: Simple sugar (i.e. dextrose, sucrose).
  • Rehydration: Recommended rehydration for 30 minutes in 30°C sterile water.
  • Carbonation time: 1 – 2 weeks at 18 – 30°C.
