Pauls ‘Captains’ Classic Cara Malt is produced at the Pauls Malt Ltd. plant in Knapton, North Yorkshire, UK.
Cara Malt is produced in much the same way as Crystal Malt but the final roast stage is extended and carried out at lower temperatures to meet the requirements for lower colour, a higher extract and a higher moisture level.
