Citra® BBC Pure Hop Pellets can be used as a single hop, but also combine well with varieties such as Simcoe® and Mosaic® – while both can also be substitutes for Citra®.
The BBC Pure Hop Pellet is produced with a finer, more uniform grind than standard T90 pellets. A sub-zero process of grinding and sieving takes place at approximately -35°C to prevent the oxidation of hop resins and essential oils. The resulting pellets offer a more intense aroma and flavour.
