El Dorado® hops are popular for hop-forward styles such as IPAs and pale ales, or other beer styles with a complex flavour profile.
The hop evokes reactions of fruity notes, specifically tropical fruit flavours, pear, watermelon and stone fruits.
BBC Pure Hop Pellets are manufactured with a finer, more uniform grind than standard T90 pellets. Grinding and sieving is done at around -35 degrees Celsius which prevents hop resins and essential oils from oxidising.

The values represent the medium range of the past few years. Be aware that specific alpha values can vary in a broad range depending on the relevant crop year.
